Why work for this care provider?
You would be joining a homecare provider who pride themselves on providing quality support and putting people at the heart of their service. They aim to deliver the very best care available, the sort of support you would want for your own relative. A “good” rating by the CQC shows how their dedication pays off and the level of support they provide to clients. They are a fantastic employer too and a career as a Care Assistant could just be the beginning of your journey with this organisation, for those with ambition they will invest in you and the opportunity is there to progress.
People often have the wrong perception of what job Carers do. All their clients’ needs vary, from companionship, domestic duties, assisting with personal care, preparing meals, helping with medication, or taking clients out to continue doing the things they love. If you also think about everything you do daily, you would be supporting someone to do the same.
If you are caring in nature, trustworthy, patient and understanding and want to make a difference why not do something rewarding. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience in the sector as having the right qualities is the most important thing to have in this role.
