Due to growth & Continued demand for their services, we have a fantastic, Full, or, Part-Time, job vacancy for Community Complex Care Nurse (RGN/RCN/RNLD) to work within the community of Leeds.  A Car Driver is essential.

Your Role as a community Nurse will be to assess, plan and safely deliver care to the people we support.  You will do this in a very bespoke, person centred way, working closely with the child/younger adult and their families to enable them to thrive in their home or school environment.

Essential Criteria

  • A Registered Learning Disability Nurse Qualification / RNLD
  • A Registered General Nurse with experience of working with Children or complex care
  • A Registered Children’s Nurse (RCN)
  • 2 Years clinical experience working with an acute medical ward or community environment
  • An excellent understanding of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and Standards of Care
  • A Driving License & Access to your own car
