We are looking for Waking Night Support Workers to work within Adults own homes across Oswestry, Wem, Shrewsbury, Elsmere and Ludlow areas of Shropshire.

As an outreach support worker, you will be supporting a young male adult who has learning disabilities and autism. You will be working with a team of professionals to help him settle back into his home environment, whilst encouraging positive interactions and activities inside and outside of the home (from fishing to playing xbox). This rewarding role will allow you to help a young man live his best life, whilst being in the comfort of his own home.
Hours, Rates & Benefits
- £18'000 per annum
- Mileage paid at 22p – 39p per mile.
- Full-time hours or part-time waking nights
- Night shifts 22:00 to 8:00 (Mon-Sun)
- Refer a friend scheme £350.
