Your Role

As our Complex Care Support Worker, you would be supporting a client with complex needs with their daily life skills and to help them live a fulfilling day-to-day life. You will be key in monitoring, assessing, and supporting the client and working towards their positive behaviour support plan. The client can display some challenging behaviours so you will need to be aware of sensory triggers and able to communicate clearly and sensitively with the client and their family (full training provided).

Just ask our team and they will tell you that there is nothing more rewarding than supporting a vulnerable adult, seeing them reach their goals, and knowing you have made a positive contribution in their life. We also want to see you flourish and progress, so we will invest in you, help you develop and progress, so who knows where this opportunity may take you in the future.

About Us

We are a Registered Charity founded over 30 years ago by a group of parents who were bound by a common goal of wanting the best for their children. Our inspiration was to create a service that meets the needs of their children and allow them to achieve so many of their aspirations than they had dared to dream was possible. We are passionate about improving the lives of people living with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health conditions and challenging behaviours. We still hold those values dear to this day and continue to empower more people to live independent, fulfilling lives with no barriers.
