Managed Advertising – Customer Service Advisor & Administrator

£20K - £24K per annum DOE

Monday – Friday 8.30-5.30 pm

Full Time/will consider Part-Time for the right person


We are looking for someone who has extensive experience within a busy office, call centre, or customer service office environment to join our Managed Advertising team here in Ulverston, Cumbria (South Lakes).   

This role may also suit someone who is re-locating to the South Lakes area. You could live in Manchester, Newcastle, Leeds, London or elsewhere in the UK, but maybe you’re looking for a change and a move to an idyllic part of the country.

You would be joining our Managed Advertising Team as a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator. Our Managed Advertising Department works with companies nationally in creating and writing job adverts, posting their job adverts online, whilst giving them access to all the major online job boards. Part of the role is also providing advice and guidance on their recruitment process and ensuring they are maximising the results from their recruitment campaigns.

This is a very varied job so you would need the following experience & skills however full training and extensive induction into the company is provided.

  • Previous extensive experience of working in an office environment.
  • Strong Customer Service experience/confident on the telephone talking to customers at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal English as you will need to write job adverts.
  • A good Qualification in English Language
  • Excellent administrative skills including attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be customer focussed and care about the service you are providing.
  • Be used to selling a service to a customer.
  • Be confident to generate new business but also understand the need to retain our existing customers.
