We are looking for part time Dementia Friends & Companions in and around the Reading area of Berkshire. No experience is required as excellent training will be provided. However, it is essential that you have a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

- £10.00 per hour plus enhanced weekend & bank holiday rates.

What would you be doing?
As a Dementia Friend & Companion, you will be part of a small who visit vulnerable older people in their own homes and carry out a variety of duties, no two days will be the same. With your help and support you will help them to continue living in their own home. You will be doing the kind of things that you would do for a friend or relative, and what you would expect for yourself when you are older. This could vary from helping them to get up, have a bath/shower/wash, get dressed, have breakfast to preparing a meal, or taking them out to appointments. You must be/have:
- Caring, compassionate and patient?
- Do you have a great personality and the ability to build relationships?
- A car driver with access to your own car?
- Looking for a part-time job where you can make a difference?
- Available for either early mornings, lunchtimes, evenings, and alternate weekends?
