Care Assistant to Manager

You may start your journey as a Care Assistant & Companion, but in this sector, there are endless opportunities to learn and progress into more Senior roles. Our Care Manager started as a Care Assistant/Dementia Friend, but we helped her gain experience and qualifications, and she has not looked back. Who knows, you could have a similar career path?

Benefits & Hours

  • £10.65 per hour for Weekdays and £11.00 for Weekends, plus mileage and paid travel time.
  • Award Winning Ongoing Training
  • Flexible, Part-Time, committed hours, depending on availability.
  • Opportunity for Live-in Care roles for those with experience (can be discussed at interview). 
  • Alternative Weekend working, hours reflected on availability.
  • Minimum 1-hour home visit.
  • Excellent initial training, ongoing support & development.
