Deputy Care Manager, Swindon

£24K - £26K per annum DOE

We are looking for a talented Deputy Care Manager living close to the Swindon area of Wiltshire. You could be joining an award winning, national care provider who go above and beyond to provide exceptional services to an exclusive client base. As their Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role; you will have the customers’ needs at the heart of what you do, and you will lead your team to deliver only the best care. You will be an excellent people person and be able to build strong relationships within the local community. You will play a key role in ensuring all CQC requirements are exceeded and you will be focussed on delivering outstanding levels of care.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and be willing to undertake Level 5;
  • You will have a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle;
  • Above all, you will hold excellent care standards, be passionate about homecare and you will have the leadership qualities to drive this office forward.
