We have a full Time, Permanent, Job Vacancy for a Deputy Care Manager (Homecare), to join a well-established Homecare provider covering the Oxford area.  The opportunity to progress to Registered Manager in future will be available to the right person.  Car Driver Essential

£24-28K per annum, Monday to Friday, 7am – 3pm (Overtime Available) On Call 1 weekend per month (Paid Extra),

This family run homecare business covers the Oxford, Abingdon, Bicester, Wantage, Henley-On-Thames and Didcot areas of Oxford.  FREE parking is available on site.

Deputy Care Manager Role

Your role as Deputy Manager will be to oversee the Care Management and deputise for the Registered Manager.    This will include

  • Carrying out initial visits to potential new clients.
  • Writing Care Plans and Risk Assessments
  • Making decisions in the Registered Managers absence
  • Dealing with any Safeguarding Issues

Essential Requirements

This position would suit a Senior Care Assistant, Care Coordinator or Field Care Supervisor looking to progress with previous Homecare/Domiciliary Care Agency experience.
