Deputy Care Manager looking to progress, Grays

£28K - £33K per annum DOE

We are looking for a talented Deputy Care Manager looking to progress and become a Registered Care/Branch Manager living close to the Grays area of Essex to join a national, award-winning organisation with an outstanding brand and reputation in the care industry and be an integral part of a new start-up office.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will also hold excellent care standards and be qualified to QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and be willing to work towards Level 5;
  • You will be business focussed and have excellent leadership skills to lead a skilled and passionate team;
  • Being a car driver is essential.
