Deputy Care Manager looking to progress, Wakefield

This role is based close to the Leeds area and is about a 30-minute commute from Wakefield.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

  • As their Registered Manager, you will be determined and passionate about homecare and have the leadership skills to deliver excellence.
  • You will also hold excellent care standards, knowledge of the sector and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, and you will be fully supported towards achieving your level 5.
  • Being a car driver is essential. 
  • You will have a warm and welcoming personality and be someone that our clients will trust.
