Are you a talented and ambitious Deputy Care Manager living close to the Haringey area of London, looking for the next step in your career, and becoming a Registered Manager? Or are you a Senior Care Coordinator with several years’ experience, hungry to progress with a company that will value you?

The Importance of the Registered Manager Role

Your role as Registered Manager is essential to the successful running of the business. We are looking for a true leader of people, someone who can inspire a team and bring out the best in them - allowing them to mirror the company values. You will be passionate about providing high-quality homecare and be excited about working for a special organisation that will help you progress and further your talents. You will also: -

  • Develop and improve business performance and quality.
  • Ensure the business continually grows, whilst maintaining its quality.
  • Develop a dedicated team who have excellent values.
  • Have a minimum 1-years’ experience in Domiciliary Care Management as either a Manager or in a Supervisory position.
  • Have excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
  • Hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, ideally Level 5.
