Deputy Care Manager looking to progress to a Care Manager job, Luton, Bedfordshire – Car Driver Essential.

We are looking for a Deputy Manager/Coordinator who is ready for the next step in their career and ready to be a Registered Care Manager / Branch Manager. We are a small but growing domiciliary home care agency & Live in Care service located in the Luton area of Bedfordshire and just a 20-minute commute from Milton Keynes, Dunstable, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, or surrounding areas.

Joining us as our Care Manager you will already have experience of running a domiciliary care agency as a Deputy, but most importantly, you will have the knowledge and enthusiasm to grow the business whilst staying quality focussed.  We are at a unique stage where you can play a part in growing our already fantastic reputation locally throughout the Luton Area of Bedfordshire and be part of something special.

Key Information

  • Salary £28K - £32K per annum, plus Bonus.
  • A company car & mobile phone.
  • The Branch is currently running on 300 hours per week.
  • Key areas are growth, recruitment & management of the team and quality & Compliance.
  • You will need to be passionate about Quality Care.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC Regulations essential.
  • Qualified to Level 5 in Leadership & Management – Desirable.
  • Previous experience within a Domiciliary Home Care Agency Essential.
