We have a Full Time, Permanent, Job Opportunity for a Deputy Children’s Home Manager to join a well-established team in a relatively new children’s home in the Wolverhampton area of the West Midlands.

£23,000 - £28,000 DOE, 40 Hours per week (No Sleeps)


This Children’s Home is ideally located between the Cannock Area of Staffordshire/Wolverhampton Area of the West Midlands. This Job is commutable from Birmingham city centre (37 mins), Wolverhampton City Centre (16 Mins) Walsall (20 mins), Cannock (16 mins)

The Provider

Our Client is an independent organisation specialising in providing care and support for children and Young People aged 10-18 who may have challenging behaviours, autism, or ADHD. They may also have suffered neglect, trauma, sexual exploitation, or abuse. We are not looking for just a Deputy Manager we are looking for a leader, someone that will inspire the staff team and ultimately deliver the best care & Support to the children we support.

Essential Criteria·              

  • At least 3 years’ experience working within a Residential Environment.
  • Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce, or Residential Childcare.·              
  • Willing to work towards your Level 5 
  • You will also be a car driver with a manual driving licence
