We are looking for an inspirational leader who can inspire and motivate our team as well as maintain the extremely high standards. This is a truly rewarding job where you can make a positive difference to a child’s life but not only that you can play an instrumental part in that child’s future and developing the staff team.

What experience & qualifications are required to be their Registered Manager?

  • You will hold a Level 5 Leadership & Management, or equivalent, or be willing to work towards this;
  • You will have experience as a Deputy or managing a Children’s Home and have a good understanding of how to run an Outstanding service;
  • You will be able to prove that you have received either an Outstanding or Good in all areas of a previous OFSTED report;
  • A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is also essential.

If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people, and you hold strong beliefs that every child should have the same opportunities in life no matter what the barrier, and you hold the skills we are looking for, then this could be the perfect role for you.

If you are excited by this amazing job opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
