The Deputy Care Manager’s Job
As the Deputy Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager with the every day operational running of the homecare service. They are looking for an individual with strength and determination to be the best! Quality & Compliance will play a huge part in your role in maintaining their Good Rating but always aiming to achieve an Outstanding CQC Status. People Management is a must and excellent Care Coordinating skills as you will support the team in times of absence. With an excellent understanding of CQC requirements, you will be an excellent ambassador to the team.

- Previous experience as a Care Supervisor, Care Coordinator, Scheduler or Care Planner is advantageous.
- An excellent understanding of CQC requirements
- Previous Experience of delivering high-quality home care services.

- A minimum qualification of QCF Level 3 Health & Social Care
