We are looking for a Full Time, Permanent, Deputy Service Manager/Team Leader (Domiciliary Care) for Adults with Learning Disabilities. You will be living close to the London Borough of Hounslow or nearby town and be willing to commute to the Elmbridge & Runnymede area of Surrey. A car driver is essential as this role is Community Based.
- £22’275 per annum

- 7 Day Rota, early morning, late’s, plus approximately 1 sleep in per week
- On Call Rota
Location & The Service
This Deputy Service Manager/Team Leader job vacancy is commutable from Hounslow 10 miles / 22 minutes but will be covering the Runnymede and Elmbridge area of Surrey. The Service itself provides Domiciliary Support for Adults with Learning Disabilities either within Supported Living Schemes or within their own homes. You will be covering the areas of Egham, Englefield, Addlestone, Chertsey, Weybridge and Runnymede.
Deputy Service Manager
Qualified to Level 3 or Above, as the Deputy Service Manager, you would be instrumental in the overall management of the Supported Living & Domiciliary Care Service. This is a great service supported living service for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. They aim to promote their independence, always providing a person-centred approach and ensuring the individuals get the most out of their independence.
