We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator/Scheduler, who can join our thriving office and bring with them a wealth of Coordinating experience and team spirit.

Location

The Homecare Branch / Office is located right in between Derby Centre, Derbyshire & Burton on Trent, Staffordshire as you look at the A38 on google maps.

Key Information

  • £24’080 K per annum, plus benefits, may be negotiable for the right person.
  • Option to earn additional income through delivering care (At enhanced Rate of Pay)
  • Paid Mileage Allowance
  • Overall Good CQC Report
  • Currently delivering 4000 hours of care
  • Joining a team of a Registered Manager, 4 Care Coordinators & 2 Field Care Supervisors
  • Car Driver Essential – Parking available onsite.
  • On Call rotational 1 night per week plus one in three weekends.

Your Experience

We are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator who has previous experience within the Social Care Sector of planning & scheduling the rota of a large staff team.  You will have experience of carrying out supervisions, appraisals and understand what good quality care looks like.  Like everyone on our team, you must also be willing to deliver hands on care when needed.
