We are looking for Social Care professionals with a minimum of 1 years’ experience to join our Award-Winning Team.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic we have seen an increased need in our services, in particular ensuring that we keep people out of hospital and in the place, they love the most, their home. For this reason, we are currently reaching out to Experienced Social Care Professionals/Ex Social Care Professionals including Care Assistants, qualified nurses and retired professionals would love to work for us on a part-time basis. If you have had previous experience within care and you would love to make a difference on a Part-Time basis then you could be perfect for us.

When we say Companionship led care, this is because every one of our Community Care Assistants is carefully matched so that the care provided is never awkward, you are more like a friend and an extension of their own family. It is also companionship led because we do so much more than just pop in, all our visits are a minimum of an hour, meaning we not only ensure that their care needs are met we also enjoy the time we spend together.

  • £9.50 – 10.50 per hour (Double Time Bank Holidays)
  • Flexible Part Time Hours.
  • Available for regular Early Mornings and/or Lunchtimes and/or Evenings & Alternative Weekends.
  • We are a Covid safe environment with access to regular testing and vaccination.

Who you will support.

You will be carefully matched and introduced to the person you will be supporting, and you will share a great relationship together.  Your visits will never be rushed, and they are never less than an hour, meaning you spend quality time with the person we match you with.  The person you will be supporting will need some level of personal care (this varies from person to person) and may also require safe moving & handling.
