As our Extra Care Scheme Registered Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily running and management of 1 Domiciliary Care Branch with 160 hours a week and 1 Extra Care Scheme with 450 hours per week. You will ensure you meet current legislation requirements to the best of your ability. You will lead and encourage our fantastic teams to ensure high standards are always achieved for the care of our clients.
We offer specialised retirement housing to care for older adults, creating a safe but luxurious living facility. Our extra care housing facility has over 45 modern and homely flats, these are 1 or 2 bedrooms with 24-hour on-site employees. We have exceeded the expectations of our clients, filling their housing with a restaurant, hairdressers, and activity rooms. We provide a range of social activities, changing on a weekly basis to suit everyone’s enjoyment.
