Health and Social Care Jobs have full time, permanent job vacancies for Female Adult Support Workers & Advocates to cover the Guildford & Woking Areas of Surrey.
£9.50 Per Hour, Various shift patterns are available.

The Service & Your Role
You will be joining a fantastic team of Support Workers covering 6 Supported Living Services all within Guildford or Woking area. This supported living service supports up to 25 individuals with Learning Difficulties and/or mental health. They all require support with managing their finances, shopping, cooking, cleaning and attending appointments. As well as this you will advocate on their behalf helping them explore things to do in their spare time/hobbies, work and accessing the community. You could work across more than one Supported Living site or be based at just one.
- Qualification in Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards)
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities or mental health needs
- Passion to work with vulnerable individuals
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and sleep-ins.
- 18 years of age or over*
