Field Care Manager, Bromley
£23K - £28K per annum DOE

As their Care Manager, you will be joining a skilled and passionate company, who put the customer at the heart of everything they do! You will work in partnership with the team to provide support and supervision to clients. You will oversee and supervise the daily activities of the team to ensure only the highest quality of care is provided. You will also provide on-call cover on a rota basis, to handle calls and issues outside of normal office hours.

What skills & experience is required for this role?
- You will ideally have at least 2 years previous homecare experience and hold at least a Level 2 NVQ.
- Being a car driver is also essential.
- Experience in supervisions and appraisals is advantageous.
- Previous experience with new customer assessments, risk assessments and rostering duties.
