We are recruiting for an experienced Home Care Assistant who is looking to develop their career and become a Senior Carer or a Field Care Supervisor in the Brentford, Acton and Chicwick areas of Greater London.

The job is based 2 or 3 days a week in the office in Chiswick and will spend time in the Brentford, Acton and Chiswick areas for 2 or 3 days per week.

  • £26K - £29K per annum DOE (includes on-call) + benefits.
  • Permanent, full-time, 37.5-hours per week, Monday – Friday.
  • On Call 1 Evening per week and 1 Weekend a month - all home based.

The Provider

We are recruiting on behalf of a small, boutique provider who have been supporting older adults in the local community for over 30-years. You will be joining an independent provider who provide a unique service of tailored care visits and who are committed to a quality and high standard of service to each individual. As our Senior Care Assistant / Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care delivered. You will work closely with the Registered Manager and Care Coordinator to ensure the high standards of care are cascaded throughout the service. You will write detailed care plans, conduct assessments, and review on a regular basis, and carry out supervisions with the care team.

Criteria

  • Experience in the home care/outreach/domiciliary care sector as a Carer/Senior/Supervisor.
  • Level 2 in Health & Social Care - preferred.
  • Car Drivers – preferred but not essential.
