Field Care Supervisor, Chelmsford

£19K - £23K per annum DOE including on-call

Full-time hours, Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm + on-call

We are looking for an experienced Field Care Supervisor living close to the Chelmsford area of Essex.

Our client is a homecare provider with years of experience in this sector. They strive to provide the highest possible support at all times and have a recent CQC rating of “Good,” which is terrific. As their Field Care Supervisor, you will be joining a skilled and passionate team, who put the customer at the heart of everything they do! You will work in partnership with the team to provide support and supervision to clients and carers. You will carry out initial assessments and the writing of care plans, conduct spot checks and appraisals. You will be key in ensuring that a high standard of support is provided at all times.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • Ideally you will hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent, or be willing to work towards this;
  • You will have experience in a Senior or Supervisory role;
  • It is essential that you have a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
