About us
We are a privately owned Domiciliary Care Provider currently providing a mixture of Local Authority and Private Home Care Services to the community. We have a team of 60 Care Assistants and approximately 100 clients. We mainly provide Homecare but we do also have some Live in Care Packages. From our offices we cover the Peterborough area and surrounding villages.
We have an outstanding CQC rating, we are very professional and really focus on looking after our staff team, with staff days out, pay increases, training and development opportunities. Our current Care Manager started with us as a Care Assistant.

Your Role
As our Care Supervisor you will be the link between the office and the community. You will have excellent communication skills and be a fantastic role model and supervisor to our Carers. You role will include:
- Carrying out Supervisions and Appraisals.
- Carrying out regular spot checks.
- Quality Assurance visits.
- Liaising with family members and outside agencies.
- Identifying any training needs.
- Updating Care Plans & ensuring the Care Team are following them.
- On call for Care delivery when needed.
