Passion for caring for older people

The organisation was founded by the owner in memory of her Grandmother and with a vision to change the way older people are supported. The owner has a wealth of experience in the sector in both a hospital and community setting, so they know what it takes to provide the highest standard of support to the older people they support in their own homes. They are a terrific employer too and take a lot of time to ensure all their team feel valued and rewarded making it a very special place to work.

As their Care Assistant, you will be helping the people you support maintain their independence in the place they cherish the most, their home. You may help them in and out of bed, assist with personal care, help administer medication, help prepare meals and help with domestic duties, as well taking them out to appointments, activities or to do a bit of shopping.

Whether you are experienced in the sector, or you’re looking for a career change and something more rewarding, you are a student, or you are semi-retired, this could be ideal for you! Above all, you must have the passion and personality to care and always ensure that older people are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a wonderful company but also make a massive difference in your local community. If this job excites you, then we would love to hear from you.
