Care Manager, (Homecare/Domiciliary Care)  Hemel Hempstead

£27K - £35K per annum DOE

As their Home Care Manager, you will play an instrumental part in the future of home care for older people and drive forward a customer focussed ethos. You will have a varied role involving care planning, rota scheduling, client visits, recruitment and participating in the on-call rota. What experience and qualifications will you need?

You will be business focussed with excellent leadership skills to lead a skilled and passionate team. You will also hold excellent care standards and be qualified to a minimum QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent. Being a car driver is essential.
