Homecare Branch Trainer, Chesterfield

£21K - £25K per annum DOE

Full-time hours including 1 weekend per month

We are looking for an enthusiastic Homecare Branch Trainer living close to the Chesterfield area of Derbyshire. You would be joining an award-winning homecare organisation and would be responsible for providing all training programs to their team of dedicated carers.

This exceptional service is different to any other care organisation in the area, providing a minimum of 1-hour home visits to a purely private client base, but the focus being on personal care/companionship.

As their Trainer, you will be responsible for all mandatory health & social care induction training plus Care Certificate and ideally Dementia and End of Life training. You will manage the training rota matrix for inductions and refresher training. You will design training packages and deliver them based on your own knowledge in the sector. You will also take part in the on-call rota.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will hold a Training qualification such as Train the Trainer, PTTLS or CertED;
  • You will have the ability to train all mandatory health & social care induction and refresher training;
  • It is essential that you hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
