Full-time

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Homecare Branch Trainer living close to the Hereford area of Herefordshire to join an excellent homecare provider.

Do you have the passion and ability to deliver an efficient and appropriate training service for a quality focussed homecare provider? Could you be the person to inspire people to be the best that they can be? If so, then this could be an exciting job opportunity for you!

You would be joining a national homecare and leading brand, which enables its customers to maintain their lifestyle. They aim to deliver the very best care available, the sort of care you would want for your own relative. Everyone of their customers are individual, and as such everyone has individual preferences and needs.

Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

Your role as their Trainer is a pivotal role in developing the very best carers to provide the very best care to their clients. You will be supporting their current trainer due to growth in the business. You will be part of a skilled and passionate team, who put the client at the heart of everything they do. You will be pivotal in conducting inductions for new starters, delivering engaging and innovative training and managing their training matrix.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

  • You will hold a PTTLS or above, but will consider Train the Trainer or other appropriate training qualification;
  • You must have experience of training or working in the care sector;
  • You will have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle;
  • Above all, you must be personable and vibrant with the confidence to deliver training and a passion for providing the highest standards of homecare.

If you are excited by this opportunity and you have the skills we are looking for, then we would love to hear from you. Within their organisation if you shine opportunities are created. They have ambitious plans for the future, and you could be part of that!  When you do click on apply, Health & Social Care Jobs will contact you and you will get the opportunity to discuss this amazing opportunity in more detail.
