HR & Scheduling Administrator (Ambulance Service), Ellesmere Port

£17,550 per annum DOE

24 – 30 hours per week

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Scheduling Administrator living close to the Ellesmere Port area of Cheshire.

We are recruiting on behalf of a young, ambitious company who were founded by a team of paramedics. They are a trusted Independent Ambulance Service offering reliable and safe transport for their service users. As their HR & Scheduling Administrator, your role will be varied. You will help in supporting the recruitment process including compliance checks. You will book in new starters for induction training and maintain an efficient administration process. You will also handle timesheets and help schedule rotas.

What qualifications & experience are required?

  • You will have demonstrable experience of HR Administration including pre-employment and compliance checks;
  • Ideally, you will have prior experience of scheduling/coordinating a rota;
  • Above all, you will be an organised individual with a good eye for detail.
