In-House Recruiter, Lincoln
£18K per annum (negotiable)
We are looking for an In-House Recruiter living close to the Lincoln area of Lincolnshire to join a homecare provider committed to providing the best quality of care and support to older people in the local community.
This role would involve some travel to another office.

You will be joining a national, privately owned organisation, who offer a range of care services to older people within their own homes. As their In-House Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role, you will be proactive and find and inspire people in the local community to join the team. You will manage and refresh adverts, source new candidates by networking in the local area and finding new, innovative ways to attract candidates. You will attend job centre and recruitment events, as well as conduct interviews.

- You will ideally either have experience in the care or the recruitment sector;
- It is essential that you have a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle;
