We are looking for a dedicated and quality focussed Interim/Turnaround Nursing Home Manager to help support the lifting of the embargo on an established Nursing home close to the Middlesbrough area of Cleveland. This Residential and Nursing Care Home is situated between Middlesbrough and Darlington, just off the A66, and a short commute from either location and the Stockton and Redcar areas.

This Interim Nursing Home Manager opportunity, skills & requirements for the vacancy

As their Interim/Turnaround Nursing Home Manager, you will play a crucial part in cascading best quality policies and practices, driving the home towards the highest possible standards of care. You will be key in raising standards, mentoring and motivating your team and seting the home on a positive trajectory for eth future. The home is purpose built, decorated to a high standard and surrounded by lovely gardens where residents can relax in the warmer months.

  • You will ideally be a qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN) or experienced in managing nurses;
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management or Health & Social Care;
  • Proven track record in achieving CQC rating of “good;”
  • Proven longevity in previous roles;
  • It is essential that you have a full driving licence.
