Interim Turnaround Manager (Residential Care), Horsham

£65K per annum

Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (minimum 3-month interim contract)

We are looking for an experienced and quality focussed Turnaround Manager living close to the West Sussex area. This is an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional Provider, who have won several awards for their state-of-the-art services. This provider specialises in rehabilitation and care to older people and adults with Mental Health problems, in either a Nursing Home, Residential or community setting. Person centred care is at the heart of everything they do.

Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

As their Interim Turnaround Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping to turnaround a residential care home. You will use your excellent leadership skills to motivate the team to deliver an excellent standard of care as well as ensuring that all regulatory and legislative requirements are adhered and exceeded to at all times.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

  • It is essential that you hold a relevant management qualification (e.g. NVQ/QCF in Management; NVQ 4 in Care; Registered Manager’s Award; NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or a relevant nursing qualification;
  • You will have excellent care standards and excellent CQC and compliance knowledge.
  • You will have experience at a senior level within the health or social care industry from either the public, private or independent sectors.
  • Being a car driver is essential.
