Interim Turnaround Service Manager, Chesterfield

£25K - £28K per annum DOE

Full-time

We are looking for a special Turnaround Service Manager in the Chesterfield area of Derbyshire to help improve a Supported Living service. You could be joining a care provider who supports individuals living with Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviours, making a big difference in their lives every day.

This is an interim role for 3-6 months and may involve some travel around the local area.

As their Turnaround Service Manager, you will be integral in bringing leadership and direction to the Supported Living Service. The service supports 7 individuals living with Learning Disabilities, mobility issues and who also require personal care. You will oversee a culture change within in the service, so this role would suit someone who loves a challenge. If you have experience in troubleshooting or you have managed a service, then this could be ideal for you.

What qualifications & experience are required?

  • You will hold a Level 4 in Health & Social Care or a Registered Managers Award;
  • You will have experience in either troubleshooting or managing a service;
  • You will hold a full driving licence.
