You will receive an excellent handover when taking over this service as the current Registered Manager has been promoted within the organisation. As the Registered Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of this 6 Bedded Service for Young Adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, and other physical disabilities. With a Good CQC Rating the home has fantastic facilities and includes a sensory & activity room, it is very much a home where they focus on the individuals lives by making their own choices and developing their own interests. With an excellent staff team in place, they are now looking for a Service Manager to offer them excellent leadership & fresh ideas to benefit the staff team and the people they support.
As their Service Manager you will be working in a positive, supportive, culture with likeminded people and surrounded by experts is something that is very important to them. This is a unique organisation that provide support from Birth to end of Life for a wide range of people who have learning disabilities, brain or spinal injuries, life limiting illnesses, or require complex care support.
