Who would you be supporting?

You would be supporting a 23-year-old, autistic & deaf, young man who is sociable, engaging and a bit of a practical joker, so a good sense of humour is a must.  He has lots of interests including building things, painting, collecting household items, learning about electrics and talks about his hobbies a lot.  If you have similar interests, he would love that.   His support is on a 3:1 Basis mainly involving preparing and cooking meals, shopping, domestic duties and support and guidance when he is feeling particular anxious.   Supporting and advocating on his behalf to keep him safe.

Are you patient, supportive, a good listener and someone he can build trust with? An excellent Mentor & Advocate?
