Active Prospects are recruiting for a Night Support Worker to join our team at one of our supported living services located in Horley, Surrey.
This service supports and assists 2 young adults with autism and complex needs. The bungalow has been tailored to the needs of the people we support by creating 2 ground floor flats with their own bespoke gardens, kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. The aim of this service is to support young adults to become independent and learn new life skills to lead the like they want to lead.
As a Night Support Worker, you will be working closely with the night team in ensuring the service is safe and providing any assistance to the people we support. The role will include completing any outstanding duties (domestic tasks or administration) as well as checking on the people we support. Others forms of support will include administration of medication and supporting them with personal care when required. Full training is provided to administer medication and how to support people with autism and complex needs.
Successful applicants for this role will have excellent communication and listening skills alongside using their initiative. This is a great opportunity for those who are experienced with supporting people with autism (personally or professionally).

Shifts: 10-hour shifts 9pm – 7am on a rotational basis which can include weekends and bank holidays.
