Nurse Team Leader (Learning Disabilities), Ilford

£30,661 - £31,988 per annum DOE + bonus

Full-time, 37 hours per week, day & nights (occasional sleep-in shifts)

We are looking for a qualified Nurse (RNLD, RNMH, RMN or RGN) living close to the Ilford area of Redbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader and join an exceptional registered charity who provide a range of services to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

The people they support have a voice on the board and help shape all they do.

As their Team Leader, you will work within a small respite residential service for up to ten adults with severe learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs. You will support residents in health and daily living, assisting with personal care and providing physical and emotional support both inside and outside the home.

What experience & qualifications are required?

  • You will be a qualified Nurse RNLD or RNMH, but RMN and RGN will also be considered;
  • You will have experience in working in a similar residential service and have experience in a senior/supervisory role;
  • It is preferred that you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
