We are looking for the very best Nursing Home Manager (RGN/RMN) living close to the Carlisle area of Cumbria. You will be joining our inspirational and dedicated Nursing team in our residential and nursing homes in the to help run our specialist Dementia unit. 

  • £35K - £50K per annum negotiable DOE + bonus scheme;  
  • Full-time hours;
  • Paid breaks;
  • Meals provided;
  • Free DBS;
  • An extra day’s annual leave on your birthday.

What skills and experience are required?

  • You must be an RGN or RMN with a registered NMC Pin;
  • You will have experience in a management role, and you must have a proven track record in delivering good care results;
  • You will have experience in a Nursing and Residential Home;
  • You will have a good understanding of CQC/CI and other regulatory bodies (DoLs/MCA).
