Office Administration Junior, Redhill & Reigate

Circa £15K per annum

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5 pm (1-hour lunch)

We are seeking a hungry and talented Office Administration Junior living close to the Redhill & Reigate area of Surrey to join a fantastic homecare provider different to any other and be part of their vibrant, fast-paced office team.

Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

As their Office Administration Junior, you will screen incoming calls and take detailed messages where necessary. You will support the administration function of the office which will include photocopying, scanning and filing. You will help maintain their database, carry out regular stationery inventories and help with their social media output. This is very much a role where you can gain valuable skills, develop and grow, and who knows where this role may take as they actively promote from within.

What are the requirements for this role?

  • You will be confident with Microsoft Office packages.
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a polite telephone manner.
  • It is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Above all, you will be someone who is willing to learn, organised, friendly and you will have a positive can-do attitude to any task.
