We are looking for a talented Operations Manager living close to the Middlesbrough area of Teeside. This is an exciting opportunity to join a truly special organisation who provide specialist supported living to adults living with Learning Disabilities, Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Mental Ill Health conditions.

As their Operations Manager you will manage the day to day operations of the services. There is a lot of variety and diversity in the role.  You will ensure that the highest quality of care is provided at all times and you will also play a key role in developing new services in the area. You will also be involved in the senior management on-call rota.

What skills & experience are required?

  • You will hold a Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults), or equivalent;
  • Knowledge in Positive Behavioural Support is desirable;
  • You will have experience in a Management role and a track record in delivering quality care to people with complex needs;
  • It is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
