£35K - £40K per annum DOE

As their Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the running of the office, you will be business minded and you will hold excellent care standards. You will be monitoring the team’s performance against KPIs and manage any HR issues. Above all, you will lead your team to deliver only the highest standards and help drive the branch forward.
What experience and skills are required?
Experience of working within the care sector is essential and you will have experience in a Senior Management/Supervisory role. Being a car driver is also essential.
