Who will you be joining?
You would be joining a remarkable organisation who understand that the values of love and comfort should be central to supporting older people in the community. The person is always put first, to provide the highest quality of care at all times. The service is be-spoke to each person’s needs and they want to keep people living in their own homes and in the community for as long as possible. The feeling of helping a person living with Dementia and making them feel valued and safe, as well as living life to the full, is truly amazing.
What will the role involve?
As their Care Companion, you will make a difference every day. All their clients’ needs vary, from companionship, domestic duties, assisting with personal care, preparing meals, helping with medication or taking them out to continue doing the things they love. You could take them out into the community to keep them doing the things they love such as getting pampered, meeting friends or enjoying a delicious meal and a film or show. If you also think about everything you do daily, you would be supporting someone to do the same.
If you feel that you share these values and you’re looking for a fulfilling job where you brighten up an older person’s day, then we would love to hear from you. We are proud to advertise on behalf of this fantastic care provider and welcome your applications/expressions of interest.
