You could be joining a national, award-winning organisation with an outstanding brand and reputation in the care industry! This provider puts their client at the forefront of everything they do and help people to remain in the place they love the most, their home. Not only do they promote a minimum of 1-hour support, they make sure their carers are perfectly matched to their clients, so you can build a lasting relationship! There is a fun, friendly and supportive culture in the company. They also actively promote from within, both Managers started as Care Assistants, so who knows where this opportunity may take you.

Could you do this job?

You would be carefully matched to older adults in your local area and you will support them to remain independent both in their own home and by keeping them active in the local community. All their clients’ needs vary, from companionship to assisting with personal care, helping with domestic duties & preparing meals, to help with medication or taking them out.

You could have personal experience of caring for a loved one and you want to help someone else in need. Maybe you are semi-retired or retired and you have hours to spare to give something back to someone in your local community. You may already work in the sector or have previously worked in the sector, and you want to return to work for a provider that you can be proud of. Above all, if you are caring in nature, patient and have a vibrant personality, then this is perfect for you.
