We are looking for dedicated Positive Behaviour Support Worker, living close to the Weybridge area of Surrey. This role is commutable from Addlestone (8mins), Ottershaw (7mins), Chertsey (9mins) and surrounding areas, via the M25, A317, A318 and Weybridge Road. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have a full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.

This is an exciting opportunity to support adults with learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours moving into supported living after spending many years in long-term hospital care. It is your chance to help them with a fresh start and to be the valuable support system to them to help them flourish. This role won’t be easy but to see the small goals and achievements over time will certainly be rewarding.

In this position, you will be assisting the service users with day to day tasks and activities, such as cooking and cleaning, and arranging appointments. There will be some level of personal care involved, such as using the toilet and bathing - but most of all, you will have a positive personality and a strong desire to make a difference in a person’s life. This is a feeling like no other.
To become a Support Worker you don’t need to have any prior experience as full training will be provided.

- Full and part-time hours.
- You will be working on a 24/7 shift pattern, covering early mornings, late and nights.
- £18,600 to £19,800 per annum rising to £21,000 per annum.
