£26'000 plus £4'000 Car Allowance

Your Role

Your role will be to Support the in-house Training Manager, for delivering, assessing, and leading on the QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Workforce and Level 5 in Leadership & Management.  You will be proactive in your support to their learners who must all achieve their Level 3 within the first two years of joining the organisation, or sooner with your incredible support.  With over 50 learners to take under your wing, you will be supportive and influential figure to their staff team.

Our client is a specialist Children’s Home Provider, who provides Residential care for children aged 8-17 years of age.  They provide outdoor activities as part of their approach to their therapeutic care.  This a unique service built on wonderful values believing that every child deserves the highest quality care. Requirements for the Role

  •  A Recognised Teaching Qualification in Further or Higher Education
  • Assessing Qualification A1/D32/D33 or equivalent
  • Level 3 or equivalent in Children & Young People
  • Full Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
