Key Information

  • £42K per annum, Plus £4K Car Allowance

  • Car Driver Essential

  • MUST have Domiciliary Care / Home Care Agency experience. (Not Nursing or Residential Care Homes

  • Must be willing to spend time away from home when required.

  • Overseeing 15 Branches

  • Covering Norwich, Peterborough, Lincoln & Cambridge (East of England)

  • All Branches are rated Good with CQC.

  • Level 5 Health & Social Care – or equivalent

  • Excellent knowledge of all relevant Legislation

The Provider

This is a privately owned & operated Domiciliary care & Live-in care service provider with a growing network of 120 Branches Nationally, with further growth plans for this year.  Focussing on the private Domiciliary care market this can only mean one thing – the quality of care is key.  The majority of their homecare branches have Good CQC ratings.  Their awards and testimonials are evidence of their ongoing commitment to their clients, staff team and community. Your Role

  • Work with the compliance director to plan & deliver a compliance focussed culture.
  • Carrying out Audits and compliance checks.
  • Support the Regional Teams & offer expert guidance & direction on quality.
  • Question discrepancies and offer guidance & Support on corrective measures.
  • Provide leadership in compliance to ensure branch success.
  • To oversee and offer guidance on safeguarding procedures and processes.
  • Assisting with opening new branches & ensuring compliance.
