Overseeing 15 Branches
Covering Norwich, Peterborough, Lincoln & Cambridge (East of England)
All Branches are rated Good with CQC.
Level 5 Health & Social Care – or equivalent
Excellent knowledge of all relevant Legislation

This is a privately owned & operated Domiciliary care & Live-in care service provider with a growing network of 120 Branches Nationally, with further growth plans for this year. - Work with the compliance director to plan & deliver a compliance focussed culture.
- Carrying out Audits and compliance checks.
- Support the Regional Teams & offer expert guidance & direction on quality.
- Question discrepancies and offer guidance & Support on corrective measures.
- Provide leadership in compliance to ensure branch success.
- To oversee and offer guidance on safeguarding procedures and processes.
- Assisting with opening new branches & ensuring compliance.
