Regional Homecare Operations Manager, Glasgow
£45K - £55K per annum DOE
We are looking for a talented Regional Homecare Operations Manager who can oversee several homecare branches based in the Glasgow area of Scotland.

You would be joining a care provider who aspire to provide high-quality, bespoke homecare services to older adults in the comfort of their own homes. As their Regional Operations Manager, you would oversee several branches and would work closely with the Registered Managers. You will have the autonomy to make the role your own and make a difference, driving forward the branches, growing and improving quality and you will have a high focus on compliance and quality auditing. You will be pivotal in providing mentorship to the teams, cascading best practice and always promoting the highest standards.
What experience & qualifications are required?
- You will have a record of delivering excellent domiciliary homecare services;
- You hold a recognised Management Qualification e.g. QCF Level 5 or equivalent and have excellent knowledge and understanding of the Care inspectorate;
- It is essential that you have a driving licence and access to a vehicle;
- Above all, you will be a professional, hands-on individual with a real passion for making a difference.
