Regional Quality & Compliance Manager, Horsham

£40K - £45K per annum DOE + £360 per month car allowance

Full-time

We are looking for an experienced and quality focused Regional Quality Manager living close to the Horsham area of West Sussex. If you are an experienced Registered Manager in Home care who wants to move into a Quality Management role or if you have experience in auditing services, then this could be the role for you! This role will be covering services in the West Sussex area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an exceptional Provider, who have won several awards for their state-of-the-art services. This provider specialises in rehabilitation and care to older people and adults with Mental Health problems, in either a Nursing Home, Extra Care schemes, Residential or community setting. Person centred care is at the heart of everything they do.

Sounds exciting, right? So, what will the role involve?

As their Regional Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in visiting nursing and residential services and conducting audits based on company and CQC standards. You will produce reports to document your findings and help improve service quality. You will provide both training and mentoring to services to help them deliver high quality care for older people. You will help support the growth and development of the services, promoting the core values of the organisation.

What qualifications and experience will you need?

  • As their Manager, you will be a strong and passionate individual who has the leadership skills to deliver excellence.
  • You will have experience either as a Registered Manager, Regional Manager or conducting audits;  
  • You will also have excellent care standards and excellent CQC and compliance knowledge.
  • It is essential that you have a full driving licence.
