Regional Service Manager, Ilford

£35K per annum + car

We are looking for a talented Regional Service Manager living close to the Ilford area of London to oversee several Mental Health Supported Living services across the Ilford, Enfield, Barnet and Watford areas. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded social care provider who provide specialist care to younger and older adults living with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions.

As their Regional Service Manager, you will oversee several supported living services which supports up to 42 service users. You will be responsible for ensuring that the standard of support provided is of the highest standard in order to help the people they support live life to the full. You will be an inspirational individual with excellent leadership skills to motivate each service to be the best they can.

What qualifications & experience are required?

  • You will have experience in managing a similar service and experience of working with people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions;
  • You will hold a Level 5 in Leadership & Management or equivalent;
  • You will have good knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and compliance;
  • It is essential that you have a full driving licence.
